What valve is good for heat pipeline

Posted by Bundor valve
Shut-off valves should be installed at the starting point of the main line, branch line and branch line of the heat pipeline.

The thermal pipeline refers to the heating pipeline from the boiler room, the direct combustion engine room, the heating center, etc., from the heat source to the thermal inlet of the building. Multiple heating pipes form a pipe network. If there is a pipeline, it is inseparable from the valve to control, so what valve is used for the thermal pipeline?
Sectional valves shall be installed on the trunk line of the hot water heating network. The spacing of the segmented valves should be as follows: the main transmission line, 2000-3000m; the main transmission and distribution line, 1000-1500m. The steam heating network may not install segmented valves. Two-way sealed valves shall be used for the connecting trunk line between the heat sources of the multi-heat source heating system and the segment valve of the ring line of the annular pipe network.
The gate valve on the pipeline whose working pressure is greater than or equal to 1.6MPa and whose nominal diameter is greater than or equal to 500mm shall be equipped with a bypass valve. The diameter of the bypass valve can be selected according to one tenth of the valve diameter.
When the water supply capacity of the heating system is limited and the water flow of the pipeline needs to be controlled or the steam volume needs to be controlled when the steam pipeline starts the heating pipe, the pipeline valve should be equipped with a bypass valve with a smaller diameter as the control valve.
When the dynamic hydraulic analysis needs to prolong the closing time of the segmental valves of the conveying trunk to reduce the pressure transient value, the method of connecting the main valve with the bypass valve should be used to solve the problem. The diameter of the bypass valve can be taken as one quarter of the diameter of the main valve. The main valve and the bypass valve should be controlled in an interlock, the bypass valve must be in the open state before the main valve can be closed, and the bypass valve can be closed only after the main valve is closed.
For valves with a nominal diameter greater than or equal to 500mm, an electric drive should be used. For valves operated remotely by the monitoring system, the bypass valve shall also be electrically driven.
The heat pipe network generally refers to the part from the outlet of the heat exchange station to the indoor riser of the user. The valves used are as follows:
  1. Butterfly valve and gate valve are commonly used at the outlet of the circulating pump of the heat exchange station, and the specifications are selected according to the pressure of the heat pipe network.
  2. Gate valves and butterfly valves are generally the most commonly used from the heat exchange station to the user's outdoor. When you need to add a flow valve, you should consider adding a flow valve, and the drain valve generally uses a small cast iron gate valve.
  3. Brass ball valves or brass gate valves are generally used in the user's room. If a drain valve is required, a brass ball valve or a brass gate valve can be selected.
  4. Valves used by pressure gauges, thermometers or sensors are generally self-contained and selected according to the matching.
