How to Replace a Butterfly Valve?
Before starting the replace butterfly valve , the pipes must be in the same axis and the line flanges must be parallel. If the construction process will continue after valve installation, the valve should be protected from external factors by placing it under the appropriate protective material. Valve should not be damaged as a result of excavation, paint application, concrete pouring.Flange seals and sealing elements suitable for drinking water must be used for installation in drinking water lines.Where the valve is to be installed, both sides of the line (downstream and downstream) must be cleaned and free of foreign matter before the valve is commissioned.

Valves operating under such conditions should be serviced more frequently.
The pressure to be subjected to a closed valve shall not exceed the value specified in the pressure class. Otherwise, such materials may prevent the valve from performing its function or cause it to malfunction. Maintenance and repairs should only be carried out by experienced personnel.
