The difference between check valve

Posted by Bundor valve
Among the check valves, there are several types of valves that are often confused. Therefore, this article is to let you know how to distinguish the difference between check valves
To distinguish the difference between check valve models, we must first know the meaning of each character of each model. Let's first look at the meaning of the three models H71, H76, and H77 according to the "Valve Model Compilation Rules".
H stands for check valve;
7 represents the clip-on connection;
check vavle
The first two characters are the same, indicating that H71, H76, and H77 are all check valves with wafer connection. The difference lies in the following characters, which represent the structure of the check valve.
1 represents the straight-through flow channel of the lift-type valve disc; 6 represents the double-disc structure of the rotate-type valve disc; 7 represents the butterfly type structure.
Therefore, the H71 model is a wafer lift check valve; the H76 model is a swing-type double flap check valve; the H77 model is a butterfly check valve. The appearance of the three valves is shown in Figure 1. Among them, the appearance of H76 and H77 check valves are very similar, and we must pay attention to distinguish them.
