The installation and maintenance of electric ball valve

Electric ball valve is used to control the pipeline medium and can achieve the remote control of a valve, it’s an important equipment in industrial automation control system. Electric ball valve and other valves can not be used continually. After storage or use for a certain time, maintenance is necessary to ensure its effective work and properly extend its service life.
The installation and maintenance of electric ball valve:
1.There is still a pressure inside the valve body when the electric ball valve is closed;
2.Before maintenance, relieve the line pressure and make the valve in the open position; disconnect the power or air source; detach the actuator from support;
3.It is necessary to find out that the upper and downstream pipelines of the electric ball valve have removed the pressure before disassembling and decompressing;
4. Care must be taken to prevent damage to the sealing surface of the parts during disassembly and reassembly, especially non-metallic parts. Special tools should be used when removing the O-ring;
5.The bolts on the flange must be tightened symmetrically, step by step and evenly when assembling;
6.The detergent should be compatible with the rubber parts, plastic parts, metal parts and working media (such as gas) in the ball valve. When the working medium is gas, gasoline (GB484-89) can be used to clean metal parts.Non-metallic parts shall be cleaned with pure water or alcohol.
7.The broken down individual parts can be washed by dipping. Metal parts with non-metallic parts that have not been decomposed can be scrubbed with clean, detergent silk.When cleaning, all the grease, dirt, glue, dust and so on adhering to the wall must be removed;
8.The non-metallic parts should be removed from the detergent immediately after cleaning, and should not be soaked for a long time;
9.After cleaning, it is necessary to wait until the detergent on the washed wall volatilizes for assembly, but it shall not be shelved for a long time, otherwise it will rust and be polluted by dust;
10.New parts also need to be cleaned before assembly;
11.Use grease for lubrication. Grease should be compatible with metal material, rubber parts, plastic parts and working medium of ball valve. When the working medium is gas, you can use grease such as special 221. Apply a thin layer of grease to the surface of the seal mounting slot, apply a thin layer of grease to the rubber seal, apply a thin layer of grease to the sealing surface and friction surface of the valve stem;
12.During assembly, metal debris, fiber, grease (except those used in accordance with the provisions), dust and other impurities shall not be allowed to pollute, adhere to or stay on the surface of the parts or enter the inner cavity;
